Every Team Build begins with a personal phone call so we can understand the real purpose behind your day. Many organisations come to us because they want to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, or bring remote staff together in a meaningful way. Others want a CSR experience that makes a genuine difference to wildlife and conservation while still delivering a fun, hands‑on team challenge.

During this call, we’ll explore what you want your team to walk away with — stronger collaboration, deeper connection, improved morale, or a shared sense of purpose through CSR. You can also choose the ideal event length, whether that’s a 2‑hour session, a half‑day, or a full‑day experience, and we’ll guide you on what format best supports your goals.

Once we know your group size (we regularly run Team Builds for teams of 5 right up to 200+), we begin designing your bespoke event. Every Team Build we create is completely tailored — from the activities to the CSR elements — ensuring your team enjoys a unique, impactful experience that brings people together and contributes to real animal welfare outcomes.

When your team arrives, you’ll be welcomed into the workshop or taken directly to the enclosure area, depending on the project. Tools and materials are laid out ready to spark curiosity and excitement.

Your instructors introduce the species you’ll be supporting and deliver a full safety briefing. Then your team is assigned a project and given a set amount of time to bring it to life. This is where collaboration shines — problem‑solving, communication, leadership, and creativity all come into play as your group works together toward a shared goal.

Absolutely — our CSR‑focused team building events are designed for every type of team. At the start of each session, it’s completely normal for people to look at the challenge and say, “There’s no way we can do that.” Watching that mindset shift over the course of the event is one of the most powerful parts of the experience. By the end, teams are proudly standing around their finished enrichment project saying, “I can’t believe we built this.”

Our activities are intentionally inclusive and suitable for all skill levels. We regularly welcome groups who have never used a power tool before, as well as teams with plenty of hands‑on experience. From teachers, admin staff, and remote workers to lawyers, accountants, engineers, and corporate leadership teams — everyone can take part and contribute meaningfully.

Throughout the event, our instructors are on hand to guide, support, and ensure safety, but we step in only when needed. The goal is for your team to collaborate, problem‑solve, and discover their own strengths together. 🐾 What Happens After Your CSR Team Building Event?

The impact of your CSR team building experience continues long after the workshop ends. Your team leaves with a powerful sense of achievement, shared purpose, and strengthened connection — something our previous groups consistently tell us they talk about for weeks afterwards. At the same time, the animals benefit from your hard work for months or even years, as the enrichment items you create support their welfare, stimulation, and natural behaviours.

If you’re happy for us to share your experience, we create a dedicated photo album on our Facebook page so your team can relive the day, celebrate their achievement, and showcase your organisation’s CSR commitment. We also produce a short highlight video of your event, which you’re free to share internally, use in CSR reporting, or post on your company channels.

Where possible, we follow up with additional photos or videos from the keepers once your enrichment item is in use — especially helpful if the animals didn’t interact with it during your visit. These updates are a fantastic way to keep the conversation going, reinforce the positive impact your team has made, and strengthen the team bonds created during the experience.
