Cheryl Midgley

During 2019 Cheryl met Mark and Chris through team building workshops at her current collection, as well as taking part in a team build herself at the Animal Behaviour and Training Working Group conference.

Cheryl started her career volunteering as an education assistant at her local wildlife park before moving onto complete two charity events to fundraise for Wildcats, Wildlife Vets International and Shepreth Wildlife Conservation Charity. Since then Cheryl has developed a passion for increasing animal welfare using positive reinforcement training and aiming to provide as much choice and control over an individual’s environment as possible. By giving talks and demonstrations on this Cheryl hopes to inspire the next generation of zookeepers and animal owners.
